A faculty development program in communication skills was started on 16th October 2024 at Matrusri Oriental College, Jillellamudi. Smt. Anuradha was the resource person. All teaching and non-teaching staff participated in this program. Smt. Anuradha explained the objectives and outcomes of the program. On 19th October 2024, she addressed MOC students. With renewed confidence, some of the staff members gave feedback in English. All staff members felicitated Smt. Anuradha with Amma prasadam. By the end of this program, Smt. Anuradha announced these communication classes would be continued online from 23rd October onwards. The program was concluded with the Santhi mantra.
